Trial appointments should be booked between 6 weeks and 2 weeks prior to your date, and must remain flexible to accommodate wedding day bookings.

Cancellation of trial appointments must be advised 24 hours prior.

Cancellation of event appointments must be advised 7 days prior

PAYMENT
To secure your booking , a non-refundable deposit of $50 for makeup only, or $100 for makeup and hair, is payable to secure your booking. The deposit can be paid by Bank Transfer. The deposit will be deducted from the final balance.
Full payment is required to be finalised on the day before the event.
Personal Cheques will be accepted, however must be received 7 working days prior to the booking
Direct Deposit is accepted up to 24 hours prior to the appointment.
An invoice will be provided to you via email (or as otherwise arranged) on the day of the event.
No refund, if booking is cancelled due to a change in circumstances, by the client.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Mobile fees are charged according to your location and the distance travelled.
Weddings falling on Public Holidays attract a 10% surcharge.
All travel within 30kms from Melbourne South Eastern Suburbs (Frankston, Seaford, Carrum Downs, Langwarrin, Karingal), will be included in all prices quoted. A travel fee applies to distances further than this.

Any hair embellishments – such as wired flowers, jewelled clips etc. must be arranged by the client.

Your privacy is taken very seriously. Your personal information shall not be used for any purpose other than processing your booking and conducting our service with you.
